California Provides Peace and Kindness

My dinner. I am on no sugar, no starches, no dairy. Chicken, salad, tomato soup, and beets was a good dinner. Now that I have been doing this a couple weeks I don't miss sugars or breads or even cheese. My energy level is up too. Amazing.
I am still am 
Tired aliot and think that this is related to the cancer. The Dr sees me the 21st )surgeon) and I will know more then.
Life is good though and I am always happy to travel and meet new people!
    Hope your week is going well and you are thanking God for your blessings, I sure am!

  4. So sorry to hear you have breast cancer. Keep in mind the recipes you post are very high in fat and carbohydrate. You said you are on low starch-which is carbohydrate, no sugar so be careful!
